For a few years, I (Kavita) faced the same challenges with my 2 sons. They were distant and unhappy in life. I couldn't bear it, which led me to a path to restore their happiness and our relationship. Today, they are both successfully working in media production.
My vision is to help teenagers live their most confident selves. With this program, I equip teenagers with the mindset and tools to overcome their challenges, so they can be:
- More confident, overcoming self doubt and anxieties
- More motivated, both at school and in their daily lives
- More energetic, instead of laying on the couch all day
- More sociable, and not hiding away in their rooms
- Happier, because happiness is contagious

Following the footsteps of her Father, a giant in the field of Mentors, She is Unstoppable! She is Passionate about her VoiceOut Gavel Clubs, for teens and pre teens.
VoiceOut Gavel club is an Affiliate of Toastmasters International. Not to forget she is the founder of Ace Speakers Toastmasters Club for Adults. Her language is Effective Communication, which is the language of Leaders.
During covid times, when the world came to a standstill, Always being an action taker, Dtm Dhanu Rajwani, with her limited knowledge of technology, moved forward to charter the Global Youth Gavel clubs organisation.
The organisation that started with 20 clubs, now boasts of 200 clubs Internationally! Having an experience of 20 years, she is continually growing to the next level of success with her progressive ideas! Dtm Dhanu Rajwani is a force to reckon with!
Kavita Ramchand
Kavita Ramchand is an Opulent Sales Guru who has one vision and that is to leave the world a better place for our children and the upcoming generations.
An unconscious competent to the Law of Attraction, she was Living Life King Size until she started to feel dissatisfied with her RESULTS on a personal level. This was further affecting her professional life as an entrepreneur with 2 retail shops in Mauritius.
As she Grew Dissatisfied so did her Results Keep getting Worse. It was a perpetual cycle of Struggle. Thanks to an investment in her own education, she discovered the Power that Paradigms have over a person’s Personal and Professional Results.
She broke Free from her Limiting Paradigms or you can call it Belief Systems. The Joy of feeling FREE again helped her understand how Paradigms are formed , how they are responsible for the Gap that exists between what we all know intellectually and the Results we get. More importantly she learnt how to reprogram her subconscious Mind for a Happy and Successful Life!
Kavita understood then that she had discovered her life’s Purpose to help people Achieve their Dreams and Goals by teaching them how to reprogram their Minds for Success and Happiness.
